These days, dun play loyalty with companies, gone are the days
whereby companies recognise and reward long and loyal service
people handsomely.
I guess many had known that one big mistake only, or 2 minor
ones can get you out of the company, same goes to corporate world,
only the oldies who cannot find job, stick around and take whatever
scrap they can dig, the youngs will go jobs hopping here
and there, you talk to them about loyalty to company, they tell you
go fly kite.
Many peoples who are loyal to certain companies end up thinking
they should deserve something but instead get nothing, and then the
frustration and anger set in out of nothing, alway remember, nobody
owe you a living and you also owe nobody a living unless you take
loan.
