For me, if hirer hands over late or I hand over late, we already
set an agreement, base on rental fees, let say $48, for 12hrs, one
hour late 48 divide by 12 = $4, so if he is late by an
hour, he needs to compensate me $4, 2 hours $8 and so forth. Then
if 1.35 hrs, round up to 2 hr, all these must be agreed, and also
cannot do it often, if so, throw the farking relief out. This is
