No matter how expensive, it can never be expensive like singapore,
mostly expensive stuff are more on the city area, those rural area
living are very cheap, last year, I went up north
thailand highland to stay with a thai buddy house, a
seaman's brother, hair cut only 50 cents, his house is 3 storeys,
cost only S$20k, on rear not far away is vege plantation, on front
not far away is the padi hom thai rice plantation, cinema only $1,
hor fun and all other food, the most is $1.20 per plate, he also
got durian, papaya and mango trees at his back yards, the weather
is cool and nice, only quite hot in the afternoon, air is damn
pure, people are friendly and never in a rush, tho poor, seem like
alway smiling. The mountain scenery is beautiful, my buddy told me,
even the world go on war, he also got food to eat, really feel like
back to the nature, then after a week, come back, see steering
wheel only, sian liao..uncle..sengkang..knn, back to the rush
hours
yah true bro $20k can build nice house at my wife's place liao
FIW gave a plot
of land to us to build house so now working hard to save up $$
for bricks.........
maybe i buy 1 HDB then rent out when i go motherland
retire...............
plant crops n rear chickens there haha~~~~~
