Some scapegoat from the junior staff will take the
responsibility again.
Listen people, the person at the top is never responsible for
anything that happens to the compan or institution, it's always the
junior guy at fault.
CEO is supposed to be responsible for anything and everything
that happens in a company.
That's why they are paid top dollar to ensure that operations
are run smoothly.
As CEO, the person is not just supposed to be sitting down in
the aircon room all day surfing the net or chitchatting non work
related stuff on the phone whenever there is free time.
Occassionally, the ceo has to go down to the every level in the
company to check and ensure that everything is in order. And
if there is anything that requires correcting or immediate action,
to inform the manager of that level to look into it and rectify it
before reporting it back to the ceo.
