LTA called me up to ask me a few issues
.
First , he said Mr Akira chose to let go this issue as he do not
want to attend to LTA at Sin Ming . Mr Akira
chose to let taxi company deal with it .
Procedure about launching a complaint against any taxi driver
must be done at Sin Ming , in person .
LTA Taxi Licening Violation Officer Mr Lim
asked me if i want to pursue , i told him he need to answer to Mr
Akira , not me .
He said i am the video owner , and they treat it seriously with
such errant act , they cannot condone such action , he want me to
go to LTA to launch a report and from that
report , he will “summon” the driver . $300 and a 14 days
suspension .
I asked him any other option ?
He said if i chose to forgo …. they will just write to that
driver with a warning , via taxi company .
We finalised the latter option
Finally , smart crown escape . Hope he learnt from lesson this
time .
