If you want to change shift..... just put change
shift.....(watever location).. Wind down the window and tell them
(Pax), your direction (North/South/East/West).... not asking them
their direction/destination.
If you ask... means you are choosing passenger(s)....
LTA can penalises you if for that, if the Ang Mo complains to
the Authority with your cab's number.
