SMRT TD hirers are likely tougher to get reliefs....
becos of their "Driver DEPOSIT" policies.....
1stly, one have to drive minimum 6 months with the coy, before
resigning.
2nd, to take back the "Deposit", you must give another 6 months
of notice.... So ? One Year ?
KNN.... end up... don't know
when then can take back the Driver's Deposit...
(Other Coy normal returns your deposit
within 2-4weeks of your notice).
Hence, many experience TDs won't want to be stucked in this
situation whom need the Driver's Deposit for something else.
3rdly, The GPRS is quite useless... w/o any mapping to assist
the drivers after getting a MDT call. (They do have calls... some
with destinations)... don't know abt it now.
4thly, When cab in workshop.... better pray hard that it won't
be out-source out to other workshops for repairs.... sometimes, it
may takes a month... ONE MONTH HOLIDAY w/o INCOME.
