Waiting time at traffic junction, traffic jams...

So the Pax (who uses) this website will not be ripe off by some TDs (adding additional surcharges into the total amt) when a Foreigner doesn't know the Taxi structure in Singapore.

Pax can do TD a big favour if they are taking reference to this, therefore the preferred route.
