Of course the TS must produce a stronger details , like :
" I , name _________ , nric __________ , of vehicle number
_____________ , of adress _______ has a mutual agreement with
driver of name _______ , NRIC _______ vehicle number __________
address _________ that i declared & agree that i reverse and
hit him from behind of that said vehicle ."
