he says the few previous times he took so far, other TDs will
ask him top up $3 for casino surcharge and $0.50 for fuel surcharge
everytime, so he thought is auto must pay.
then i ask, isnt it show in the meter everything? then he say
those drivers tell him their meters not yet update so still using
old ones, so have to ask passenger top up. i ask him when this
happen and which cab he can remember or not, he say he sometimes
takes weekdays, but mostly weekends like Sat and Sunday, then he
point to the Blue taxi pass by outside which he say that type he
take the most times..hmm??
