Bintan by TMFT, he asked me if sunday he come back in the afternoon
ferrying ETA 1500hrs, can I pick him up, he is willing to pay $10
extra, cos he long Q the last time.
I rejected him, but I was wondering, if pax can paid $10 extra
on top of all charges, why authority still do not want to impose
surcharges?? Same goes that SAF FT.
