Damn it!!! recieved a booking to pick up pax at St Jain Management School off Alexandra Rd after I drop a pax at Pasir Panjang road. Went there and waited... after 5 mins dun see pax come out I called pax.

Pax ask me "Which lor are you at?" I was totally confused!!! WHAT Lorong?!!?!?!

HE IS AT GEYLANG LOR 30!!!!!! AND MDT SAY ALEXANDRA ROAD!!!! WTF!!!!!

not first time liao!!! kena a few times already!!!! STUPID SYSTEM!!!!

What bro Sandisct encounter might due to the pax didnt hear properly before comfirm.I myself encounter once before. Booking destination at Dover rd, after 5mins decided to call pax, pax said she is at Marine Parade.So i called comfort, comfort said pax wrong button. But hor...something the system also cockup, last monday 3 cabs when to the same pickup point, i'm one of the driver.

Got current booking Exxon Mobil Station Jalan Buroh (West Coast near Pandan Loop), arrived, called pax, can't see you, where? Exxon Mobil Station JALAN BULOH PERINDU (in East Coast). Not operator problem? Unlikely to be pax. Try calling call centre, mostly pinoys or other FT. What do they know about sg road names. Multiple cabs is caused by iphone app booking. They already know a few months ago, but software still got bugs. Now no more display "iphone booking" cos drivers start to reject these calls. knn.

I kena twice. Call for taxi, but before number was given to me over the phone, line was cut. (Taxi confirm but my line was cut). I called again, but this time got taxi number.

IN the end 2 taxis arrived, cos the 1st once already confirm but my line was cut. Both taxis got the my same job on their MDT. I gave $5.5 to the one whose number i din get over the phone.

Dunno whose fault also? SingTel?

there is one time i curiosity turn into this ulu stadium lane, in front just nice another cab so i just follow behind because i not sure that road. that cab also like not very sure, like half stopping half moving then sometime swing one side sometime swing another side. i just drive carefully slowly steadyly.

then in front i think we both saw one passenger wave hands big big. that front cab suddenly brake and charge forward. i dont care just signal to one side prepare to overtake if that car stop.

but something funny happen, that passenger pass that stop car and wave even bigger at me who is behind. so i stop and that passenger came up very quickly and told me destination. when i drive off next to that front cab, that driver stare at me!

after i pass him, i look back and saw his rooftop is On Call!..i ask is my passenger the caller..the reply from the passenger is straight NO then quiet. so i also kept queit and continue drive..

This is a bug issues concerning Scheme A and Scheme B ... according to my friend .

Usually Scheme A gets the job further from location . And usually it's Scheme B who is nearer and got the job quicker .

So Scheme B rules lar ....

If i am Comfort , i will not show any names & telephone numbers on MDT until it is confirm .

Also i will not come out with other applications like Iphone , sms booking or things like that .

I'll stick to Auto Booking .

One standard working system , too many applications can only mess the whole fuck thing up !

And i will implement PROBABLE DESTINATION on MDT ..... as in pax's last alighting location , base on GPS datas .

And i highlight to all drivers , PROBABLE DESTINATION is not 100% destination . Pls do not call in and scold operator .

if you keep getting jobs to Jurong side , believe me , it is a default on their data base that you are very strong in Tuas area !

They already have in hand a data base of drivers , that are consistently supporting those bookings at Tuas .

Quite bizarre nowadays , my friend ( tuas mate of mine ) , at 9pm , he surely get a call back to Jurong !!!

One night can go up 2 to 3 times .
