U want scholarship from PAP ? Hahahhahaha .
Government don't encourage young fellow of 34 years old to drive
a cab .
To them , taxi driving is for oldman , retrenched personnel etc
....
Because taxi drivers don't contribute CPF , so no use to
Government , they hack care you .
They will only take care of people who contribute CPF , and that
contribute into good reserves to finance their massive salary .
Once u drive a cab , the governement will suck you really dry ,
all they can . 7% GST never will be enough for them .
They suck you more with ERP , more with speeding tickets ,
parking summons , traffic offenses .
Go find a job pal .
It will take you at least 6 months to be ready on the road

At the meantime , while working , attend the taxi course .
Like that u won't spend whole day doing nothing , then go Casino
, then acculumulated loads of credit bills .
Then urgent here , urgent there .
Singapore no people can help you when u have no money , u can
only help yourself .

I advise you to find a temp job , $1200 or even lower , just
grap first .
