I got 3 offers on my hand, 2 by private coys, 1 from DSO.
Position is the same, pay-wise plus minus 50.
still thinking which to choose...any advice from ppl here?

Since I can SEE that you have already indicated that you would
preferred DSO and really want us to persuade you to join DSO, then
of course I won't bother to recommend you to join DSO.
DSO are for losers. 
Why don't you join one of those private companies?
