I am also creating an app . . . . . . But my booking fee $5 all 24/7 .

$8 booking fee on Eve of all Holidays from 5pm to 6am .

Just current booking , no Advance .

Drivers nearest to caller's location will received a SMS notification .

" You've got a job at XXXXXXX . Accept press reply Y "

If they agree to request , a sms indicating driver's taxi number will be sent to caller , base on 5-15 minutes bracket .

No levy .. No GST .. No operator ..

Taxi drivers interested to join this $5 direct booking team .... must instal apps @ $30 one time . Which includes a registration base on taxi number only . Any changes of taxi number , adminstration charges will incur .

This apps targetting commuters outside CBD esp .

Only thing , this app will need user to input postal code before they confirm , to indicate their destination .

Or postal code 000000 to indicate within City area .

This app don't entertain multi stops .

Drivers of this direct booking team will have the final say to the end destination , strictly nothing more than one stop .

The APP will be name : One-Stop Fast Taxi App

This app do not emphasis Customer Service .

U need a cab , u press onto application , confirm , completed journey , u will need to pay those charges .

Caller No Show once , callers number will be banned from pressing confirmation for future use , unless Admin edit data base .

for week days, non holidays

6.00am to 6.30am - $3.50

6.30am to 6.45am - $4.00

6.45am to 6.55am - $4.50

6.55am to 7.00am - $5.00

4.00pm to 4.30pm - $3.50

4.30pm to 4.45pm - $4.00

4.45pm to 4.55pm - $4.50

4.55pm to 5.00pm - $5.00

do the same staggering for 11.00pm to 12.00mn and

do the reverse staggering for the 8.00pm to 9.00pm

and 9.30am to 10.30am

rest of the timing $3.00

I guarantee you TDs will come out from hiding ; you call cab sure got cab !!!

Well, gentlemen,

First and foremost, please remember that we do not own the taxi companies, we only hired the taxis from them, the whole business and the way to run it, still belong to to management of these taxis companies, we can only make some comments or feedbacks, whether they digest or make decision out of our feedbacks, to them, is none of our business.

If you think you want to potong jalan and run a taxis call system or whatever non legal business with the cab you hired without the knowledge and the gain of the companies you hired, we are asking for troubles. Even those legal entity call system like lakeview or beach road are licensed and pay taxation to run a business.

No doubt Smart phones can or may provide an app for calling taxis, taxi company can alway tell those telco providers to fliter all these and under legal rights, whoever process a business transaction without registration n licensee, it an infringment to the copuright and IP of Singapore.

This only applies if you are driving for CDGE. Under their schedule in 4.5.18(i), it says 'not to join or participate in any other taxi radio network while hiring or operating the taxi.'

There is no such rule in SMRT or yellow top. I have no idea about other taxi companies. Members in the know can clarify.

It will be very bad publicity on comfort's part if they were to terminate cabbies who use a radio device, which includes walkies and handphones. So I believe this ruling of theirs is very unlikely to be enforced. CDGE contacts their cabbies via their handphones, so this ruling is not making sense unless they issue handphones to all their cabbies. Some more their legal wording is so broad that it can mean anything other than their MDT.

If you use an iphone, please install the 'palringo' app and join a group called 'book a taxi'. When u need a taxi, just key in your location and destination, we will respond with a cab number n ETA.
