Hi would like to ask on behalf of my friend as the topic
suggests
My friend recently got into an accident with a city cab driver
in a carpark and it was a head on collision. He wanted to have a
private settlement with the cabbie as both vehicles were badly
dented but the cabbie insisted he wanted to report to his company
as my friend had no choice but to let him do so.
The cabbie said he would speak to the company and get back to my
friend the next day and he called my friend the next day to say
that the company would be calling my friend for the private
settlement.
Later on he called my friend and said for my friend to report to
IDAC as well and since then my friend has not been able to contact
him and ask him who to call in his company. He has not been
responding to my friend's calls and sms.
So guess what i want to ask is... Do you guys think there is any
action my friend can take in this case?
