The senior LTA officer in my STA
course commented on this Quan incident.
He said LTA thinks the fault lies with the TD.
Why?
1) The TD never send his passenger to the destination…fault no.

2) Never help to carry the luggage … no breaching of rules but
TD answered back Quan that carrying of luggage is not under
LTA rules…argue with passengen, rude behavour … fault
no. 2
3) LTA officer said anyone belives a woman got the
strength to remove a taxi meter ?? who remove the taxi meter
?? anybody guess.
The case LTA will not take up…under private court
case ….
Probably after the judgement day, LTA will deal
with the TD.
But I agree Quan is one kind
I think the LTA officer does not know the whole story and should
not make comments based on 1 side of the story
