Yes, tell him you need away, see if he can wait for you to come
back, if he said ok, no need to pay, he can take over, that will be
good. So, if next time he go a few day holidays, or looking for
super relief, try to help him. Of course you can also throw key,and
that end the partnership.
No doubt it is easy to get relief for him, and for you to get
another hirer, but guess we all chose relief or hirer due to
location, understanding and ok type, to find one may not be so well
located and hv to start building a new partnership relation
