I seldom get this problem, but when it happened a few months ago, I
simply stopped at road side and refused to drive on till the
lady left my cab. I never argued or shouted at the pax. Just state
that I agreed to take her to point A, but not point B. Just park
and switch off engine. She disembarked after a while.
