油价居高不下，宝威德士（Premier Taxis）连续第二个月向乘客收取每趟5角的燃油附加费。

宝威德士是从上月16日开始向乘客收取燃油附加费，其他5家主要德士公司则按兵不动。

宝威德士市场部昨天受询时证实，他们继续收取每趟5角燃油附加费，直到另行通知为止。

到去年底，宝威德士（Premier Taxis）的车队约有2100辆德士，属于中等规模德士公司。

相比之下，康福德高有超过1万6000辆德士，SMRT德士公司有大约2600辆，得运（Trans-cab）德士有大约4000辆。

得运德士老板张建安受询时说，得运还未打算向搭客收取燃油附加费，将视情况而定。

他说：“我们还是给予我们的德士司机添加柴油的津贴，只要承受得起，就不会向乘客收取附加费。”

company is still subsidy the diesel to the taxi driver, as long still affordable,

Seriously shows at least Premier gives a damn to their drivers' welfare as much as they try regardless of what the big boys think. So far, thankfully I kenna passengers no kpkb ask me why extra 0.50cts, most of the time I explain the hefty oil prices increment and no qualms from passengers.
