In the first place, this pax is smart, he get the discount, then
ask for the receipt. You should be smart, do not give discount,
unless you go the wrong road and really increased the fare too
much, then nothing much to say. Other than that, you can alway tell
him, since the fare is a discount one, I can open a
disount receipt mannually instead of what should on the MDT. By
rule and laws, you are right.
But then, I never come across such cheapo leh
