Same thing happened to one of my Parlingo group member.He even
sent live pictures of the drunkard and the mess he created for all
members to see.
The idiot refused to pay other than the extra $4 to the
fare.
Sent him to the police station. The veteran police sergeant
came to mediate.
The conclusion is, passenger pays a sum of $20 to the taxi
driver to clean up the mess. That's the standard standing order.
You want to claim loss of income, you may proceed with your own
legal means.
So, in future case, if you can convince passenger to pay you
more than $20, good.
If not go police station, at least you get $20.
