My feeling exactly. Other than CBD surcharge, the only other surcharge is midnight where there are much lesser pax available... Hmm...

maybe a Comfort , will got taker , but SMART ?

This sort of vehicle , it's for those who get banned by Comfort , TransCab , Premier , Prime and SMRT , then bo pian drive one .

For those bankrupted people , who cannot open a bank account , and thus have to drive these sort of daily basis higher rental old taxis .

I suggest TS to source for those kiosk to help find a suitable driver .
