Kovan to Changi Airport

Hi All,

I just want to ask for your advice.

I'll be going to Changi Airport budget terminal tommorow. I'll be coming from Kovan (Lowland Road) and planning to take the taxi. My problem is, I can only leave Kovan at around 5.30 in the afternoon because I still need to go work at day.

Do you think I can make it to the airport before 7:00 in the evening if I leave Kovan at 5:30 considering the traffic jam during this times?
