Have ever wonder which taxi company's taxi-meter works better n effortlessly ?

Perhaps comparing the CDG n the SMRT.....

I have used both SMRT & CDG meters. Both also user friendly but SMRT meter is till the best why? coz if u press K3 & K4 ( if im not wrong ) , u can key any amount of fare u want.

The diff between SMRT & CDG is SMRT encourages disposal , thats why they put a meter for u to choot whereas farking CDG is sibeh kia su and kia si , their meter options very very limited.

Pte booking - 100 is only up to $5. wanna key in anymore u gotta press location in which this case , the receipt will look very very 'unsightly' with all the charges.

SMRT & TransCab used same brand and model .

I like it cos they integrated with a receipt printer .

I've only use SMRT meter.

All meters are regulated by LTA.

So as long as the meter can give me $40 per trip, $8+$3+meter trip & $16+$3+meter trip is a good meter.
