Today first time go servicing at CDG Bradell..... oh what a
day..... basically servicing day is fark for me... but lucky can
cover cost..... pui
Anyway, reach there at 1pm for 2pm appt... lucky I did......
once reach there.... after my number called... the counter look at
my card... hey, your taxi should go to loyang..... but I told them
at the time of collection, already told the guy I wanna go Braddell
and he say okay..... but the Braddell technician say cannot cause
system show my taxi belong to Loyang,,,,, wtf... no choice, dont
waste time.... I step out of the office and start calling Loyang...
lucky I did..... and know what Loyang say...
Hey you requested to go Braddell right.... why you still calling
us for servicing...... KNNCCB..... so I told them the story... the
lady over at Loyang say she will call Braddell... after a min...
call me again say cannot get through to them (they are super busy
by the way)..... so I pass my phone to one of the staff at the
counter..... they "quarel" (apparantly the Loyang side accuse
Braddell side never do their work... haaa) for a while till
the supervisor came in..... he look see then say okay, will help me
do the transfer and service my taxi at Braddell.... and that is
already 1.45pm.....
Wait and wait and I collect my taxi at 4.45pm....... knn....
need to hand over to relief at 5pm... pui... rush to top up and
lucky my hse near by.... late by only 5min......
So for Bro going for servicing.... dont know about other
branch..... but at Braddell.... it is no longer 2hrs they
promised.... it will now take an average of 3-1/2 to 4hrs... yes...
4 hrs...... talk to some TD there... all kpkb.... but no
choice..... too many taxi already.....
And worst... go to this every month...... WTF.....
