Beware ! Common practise now !

Sometimes td will encounter passangers using foreign currency to pay for the taxi ride, how to prevent yourself from getting cheated if u really LL have to accept foreign currency?

I suggest u bring a printed copy of currency exchange rates, the ones u usually find from newspapers under "money" section.

The rates will of course change daily, but unlike to fluctuate much. So it is a good guide.

U can do some simple research on the internet .

But my way , simple ....

U just need to use your thumb to feel it !

Just feel the " roughness " from those number $10 wordings ....... the "10" from the top corner !!!! It's the best !

It must be really rough , cannot be smooth smooth !!!

Smooth means fake US dollars !!!

U guys learn something today .

Ya, many fake ccy around.

At the end of the day, it depends on your luck on the road lah.

If u gana meet one, sway lor, what to do right?

Unless you lock the door fast and drive to the police station lah.

But then, time is money, forget it and look for another pax lah.

Poolman SG

Easy , after u grap the USD , just make a quick one , feel it ! U'll know after a few tries .

Even before pax can go out of taxi , u'll know it fake or genuine .
