I remember once , my old friend from bt panjang , his tyre punctured , he call CDG recovery for help .

The recovery said : " Hello uncle , taxi driver don't know how to change tyre ? U think we very free ? If everyone tyre punctured , we have to attend , then accident vehicle who tow ? "

One year 3 to 4 times tyre puctured sure have one .

U guys haven't kena heavy rain tyre punctured ! And u had to wait for the rain to stop before u can proceed to change tyre .

And the road is wet , tyre is dirty , u sweating like hell , hand and palm all stains etc .....

wtf ..... but i learnt .

Very important point when changing tyre on the road.
SAFETY.

Do it on road shoulder. Never take risk. If you notice that your car tyre is puncture.
Drive slowly to the road shoulder. In most cases the tyre will be beyond repair.
So what your life is more important. For CDG/CITY cab you pay half the price for the cost.
(was told $28 only).
For private car it cost more than $100 for a replacement.
Life is priceless.

Had seen many ppl changing tyre in the middle of the road, some just after the turn and some on the right lane.
Those pail, umbrella or breakdown sign that you put will not be able to stop on coming car…...

Yes, i had changed a few time, especially along industrial road, those crowded SMEs companies, need to be careful, lot of sharp metal and nail, alway check tyre after visiting these places, if got stuck with a nail, at least go kiosk or tyre shop to repair, only abt $5 to $6 only, but if you do not check, until tyre puncture, than you have to change it, and it is true to try to move to a safe place to change, but do not drag too long on the road, your rim will get damaged and that will be more costly.
