Whenever I queue at T2, can see a plump Chinese man at the end of queue jus b4 the Arrival hall. He wil always help to wave us on.

I always "pity" him cos he is so hardworking but he is abit of unsound mind? Also both his legs were swollen n never heal. Any 1 knows who is he?

How I hope tat Changi Airport can give him a proper job but cannot (due to his condition?) Any bros here talk 2 him b4?

its part of our social responsibilities but the system should also offer greater help

from my understanding from some TD friends,

he is slightly low in IQ.. SATs are unlikely to employ staffs like him... ( morever, there are already some co-ordinators directly the taxis.

some TDs will pass him a token whenever they sees him at Tago 2 covered taxi-holding area.

There r thousands of CCTVs all over Changi airport. If S'pore government wan to zoom n monitor a lizard on the wall or a ant on the floor, they also can do tat. I know they have also many hidden pin-hole CCTV. All on recording mode.

If they wan 2 tk action, he wun b able 2 stand there liao long time ago. It's never my intention to harm him, i tin u know tat 2. Now i tin more ple wil pass him small tips, so am i indirectly helping him?
