That day i went ..... they were very busy attending to walk-ins

I saw at least 5 drivers surrounding one clerk .
Waiting for replies .
Most were like you , trying to call until fed-up , go HQ and ask
, in the end ....
Due to cost , i thought they really shrink down those man-power
.
They even used the cheaper labour options .
And most of those clerks are from Malaysia .
It's a tough job .
Pls go Defu to settle your quiries .
Don't rely on telecalls .
