the police has closed up the road to st. andrew’s rd.
full closure; 0200-2300 hrs explanade drive, coleman st,
parliament place, supreme court lane, beach rd (betw stamford &
bras basah rd), Beach rd (bet bras basah &middle rd) nicol
highway
lane closure: 1300-2300 hrs – raffles ave, stamford rd,
mountbatten rd
temporary rd closure: 1400-1430/1900-1930hrs high st, collyer
quay, marina blvd, bayfront ave, Upper pickering st, church st,
Hill st.
