I remember the test section one got a tricky question which I don't really know how to answer, something like if somebody take your cab on the eve of deevapali at 8+pm from Changi Airport police station to xx location (can't remember where liao, but not impt). It's basically asking when u reach liao how to charge. So assuming at the end of the trip the meter reads $x, how much can you collect.

3. $x + $1

4. $x + $4

The options are roughly like that, maybe somebody can help to answer.

Eve of Deevapali (from 6pm), $1 additional surcharge...

Airport Police Stn is within Airport boundary, hence, there will be a airport surcharge $3 too... (excludes for weekends, Friday, Sat & Sun, from 5pm to midnite).

As actual day is not given, assume it to be a normal day... hence, Meter + $1 (holiday surcharge) + $3 (Airport surcharge) = $x + $4. (number 4)

I think the textbook is still using $1 for the peak hour surcharge. They seldom update the textbook. So for the test, must follow textbook's answer.

During my year , those hokkien course mates , when they dunno the answer , they put up their hand : " Sir , i got problem ? "

Then sir asked what problem , he just say what answer ? sir said :"cannot say answer la !!", but his finger pointed to the answer , knn damn funny .... now that driver same like me , driving until now .

Hi i am also one of the student who took the test on thurs too. To those not taking e-learning,our bro here is from e-learning, so the start fare is still 2.40 and peak hour still base on 1 bucks not 35%.The answer to the above question should be fare +1+3. 1 is for the holiday eve after 6pm. 3 is for the airport surcharge which don't falls on fri,sat and sun.i was wrong initially as i include the peak hour but the time is already after peak hour.luckily check another time and correct it.nearly mislead by the question pose on the bus during excusion.haha.congrats to all bro who had pass.
