Whenever I go Taiwan, I love the taxis. I'll take cabs whenever
I can. I will not have any prob flag for a taxi in 3 mins time
especially peak hours (in town). It is becos the nos of taxis is
huge! Seems like over supplied. They will speed, wiggle, overtake,
zig-zag wherever poss. They have gang. They are the gang. They can
f you or refuse to fetch you. They refuse meter (until
lately Mr Mah insist). This prompted me that I may be in
a better situation than them.
