my friend got terminated from comfort

Compliances Department takes complaints strictly nowadays.. any d**k head makes a complaint and if the driver's record is full of bird-shits, then he has to...

Xcert SG

i look at SG map. i dont think so. but to each his own.

epitome on why asking for preferred route is a good idea.

caleb_chiang SG

Well, I heard from one of my friend's experience... She told the cab driver the route she wanted to go by, the cd suggested another route. She say it's okay, just go according to her route. But then the cab took a wrong turn and start to go by his route.

Upon knowing she's pissed... he turn off the meter halfway through and tell her in a challenging way just to pay whatever she want to.

Going on a longer route might not leads to a complain... Insisting on going the route against your passenger's will also do not leads to one... but challenging the passenger... I almost guarantee that... Don't know she did complain or not...

sometimes u got to think why u drove almost 10 years zero complaints ?

Me too 95% speeding on the roads .

Me 95% go by fastest route .

Zero complaints so far if i can remember .

My merit points at Comfort 30 over points , +30 .

Why ?

Am i good ? No la .

I just had a better attitude towards pax .

Pax dun complain for such issues , they complaint because that driver attitude sucks .

Agree on that ?

Attitude sucks that got nailed by them .

uncle poolman... i will be a liverpool fan for 1 day this week... got discount from u bo?? airport to jurong west after midnight.....

ok my poor friend got the boot coz all 3 complains came in the span of 3 mths. at that time , he was having some problems so his mood wasnt the best.

the 2nd and 3rd complain was a stab on the back. paid the fare and whack him from behind. due to the short span , comfort got very tired and hand delivered a letter of termination to his house.

so my TD bros , if u are really in a lousy mood , do take a break, have a kopi and unwind. if u can afford it , park the cab and go back , have a good sleep. Pax are not for us to vent our frustrations on.

Comfort is very particular abt pax complains these days , so just be careful esp when dealing with super nasty paxes. good luck

Why we TD have to work with taxi Operater. Why cant we be like yellow top TD where they have the freedom to decide their future ? Comfort has lost their history of how they started .It started from the humble beginning of the pioneers TDs who started driving when Singapore was rebuilding the nation. Without the TDs they are nothing . If all the TDs hirers return their taxis to Comfort, they are finish.

yah if like last time privately own taxis we

dun need to work so hard liao can spend

more time with family . The 2 hrs extra we spend

on working to pay off these bloodsuckers can be

used for us to rest more or bring our families out.

Some more i bet the cars would be in better working

conditions than now

UncleJames SG

At what speed is consider not excessive speeding? I'm driving soon and I want to know more info on this.

ALN SG

exceed speed limit by not more than 20km/h – fine $130 but usually let go

more than 20kmh – fine $150
more than 30kmh – fine $180
more than 40kmh – go court likely $800
