if one day got 20 passengers dun pay up, wont the police be very busy charging them? u never report police before meh? the IO told u, to further the case, need to go to small claims court to make your case there? or hire your own lawyer? even kena punched by someone else if is not that serious as in black eye or injury, the police will advise you to hire your own lawyer against the person who assaulted you.

u make police report, u drive to police station and make report, already take u at least 45 mins - 1 hour liao. if the IO say u need to take the case to small claims court, if u decided to take the case to small claims, then you need to go to small claims court to report the case. when the case is lodged, you will also need to appear in the small claims court to make your case before the judge. so mafan time consuming.

Bro you are right. Please call in the police to lodge the report at least to put down a record or else end of the year they will claim that this year there is no case of run away fare or assault on cabbies.

I have had guys and gals asking to alight to get money. So far I have not been conned yet. They have to either leave a friend behind, or passport or IC or handbag (must be LV or some branded stuff. Not the PVC kind) containing valuables such as handphones and cash.

The farker go massage parlour for 1 hr, beat aeroplane n release liao, then show the masseuse his empty wallet. Then wait for police to come, then sign IOU, then walk off, still without paying a cent. This kind of people must be beaten up and bruised first. Actually the right place should be to squash their balls first, so no more aeroplane to play with next time.
