wa, don't say until like that. but when come to criminal law and procedure i still can make it. Later i go to the law firm to learn civil procedure.

i took these subjects at the LL.b (honours):

Intermediate: Criminal, Contract, English legal system, Constitutional law

Part 1: Land Law, Torts, Evidence and Trust

Part 2: Jurisprudence & Legal Theory, Family Law, Succession & Criminology

(not advertising here hor, just share share only) but most of my knowledge return to teacher liao :(

i think you have to look at the contract between the taxi company and the hirers, what does the contract says?

if the taxi company breach the terms of the contract, as a group the hirers can take up their case against the company. this is called class action.

but we shouldn't be speculating on this issue since the thread starter did not give more detailed information.

no solid information back up with proof means spreading rumours ?
