Poolman SG

hey CK , last night i was wondering : " where's the hell is CK , a few weeks back he was asking us about something , now before pass MIA ? "

Talking about the devil ......

Anyway , surely pass la ....Sgforum kakis seldom disappoint us .

Except for that ...failed a few times , forgotten his name , he really went MIA ......but the last time like he passed liao , but no going into taxi yet . Wish the confused guy all the best !!

Poolman SG

and very long never see Vee here also… must be his property huat big time…. haha

Property big huat this time around .

My property friend was , instead of asking me any buyer ? he asked me recommend him seller , those who want to sell their house .

He shortage of houses to sell , many buyer .

Time has changed ....

Singapore certainly need to accommodate those extra new Singaporeans .

Unless CPF loan policy change , or else the situation won't change .

I want to sell my house , but i need bank loan , so no sell .
