I just use yesterday to illustrate why I horn people.
Alexandra Road to AYE towards Tuas.
After Horts Garden...Civic signal from centre lane and
immediately filter into my left-most lane...I was in the centre of
my lane and like what kopisatu mentioned...I not entitled to my own
lane ar? so 2 short horns as warning and the car still come into my
lane...1 longer horn...2 seconds?...driver still look at me
somemore.
Jurong West Street 51 towards Yuan Ching Road, junction near
Lakeside MRT.
I going straight....1 van turning into Boon Lay way towards
Jurong East...those people familiar with the junction will know
that those cars turning will not have a very unobstructed view of
oncoming traffic...so in these kind of cases what to do?Either U
wait or U SLOWLY turn out....I know the junction quite a lot of
accidents so I changed to left-most lane and slowed down before the
traffic lights and this van turned out quite fast so I did 1 short
horn and then 1 long horn all the way until I cleared the
junction. Was also pressing on my brakes more while the horn was
working...if I never horn or changed lane to make myself more
visible to the turning vehicle...I wouldnt be posting this post
now.
so U see lor...I rather horn than to langgar other
vehicles....but then the thing is...some people rather ignore the
horn...
Yah some assholes drive like they pay rd tax liao knn
they own the road. I ever challenge few bfore but ccb
all balls shrink dun dare to come down frm the car.......
