KNN, when talk about FT, i really too lan
I'm in a manufacturing industrial for many years.
Used to be a department head for machining, company
getting the so called "FT"
all come here like kuku. all got to trained, the got no
experience but certificate very high.
After they settle down for 3yrs or so, they starts to search
jobs for higher position or search for other countries which got
better $$$ than sg.
knn, got retrench 5yrs ago, than found a job,ccb the manager is
someone same position as me in my previous company.KNN what to do,
lan lan accept the job cos i got family to feed got bank loan to
paid.
Now not so much bank loan is clear and children is in their
teens and know how to care for themselves.
So now decided to leave to become a taxi driver.
never going to vote for Paper And Paper
again.
the garment all talk about paper qualification only.
Singapore is a institute and stepping stone for "FT".
"but of cos not all FT are like than, but most of THEM"
