think most probably if the TP is kind enough, he'll juz give you a warning..
near vivo that stretch of road got roadworks going on, so maybe the workers juz temp put up one 1st..

Lta should just use one type of U -turn . Big, bold and bright colours for U -turn sign. Sometimes from far you cannot see the sign unless you get near. Alamak cannot U-turn dah.

yeah like the vivo city one, you only see it when you about to reach the U-turn point then end up go into sentosa for nothing.......
