imho,2nd place still belongs to smrt,though their taxis really
sucks big time
but take a look at their office,the training rm,the pantry
facility,their buses & mrt,their workshops
1 word- they have the corporate image
then transcab? the so call promoted to 2nd?
take a look at defu office,u call that an office? i can't
even find someone who can speak proper english,no proper
customer service counter,no queueing system... i can't stand
even 1min in the so call canteen,the toilet reminds me of my bmt
days at pulau tekong. their workshop is nothing but an oily
junkyard
the reds really need to do something abt their image
