This Saturday , is the EVE .....

Night shifts take note .

6pm start , got $1 Holiday surcharge .

So 6pm , meter start at $3 , plus peak hour $1.05 , and $1 holiday surcharge . Toyota Crown use normal crown's rate plus $1 .

No need to do anything to taximeter , all automatic .

Hari Raya is one of the Best Holiday Eve among so many .

The best after New Year Eve and X'Mas Eve follow by May Day Eve , National Day Eve .

It's falls on a Saturday , as in , maybe 8pm start , the war then slowly start .

Up to maybe 5am .... still can get those leftovers at Clarke Quay .

If start at 4pm , til 12am , i can assure you $200 collection or more , no problem .

End day at 5am , $380 -$400 would be an average figure for most .

So OMOs , Friday night would be a so-so Friday Night , of course still got diehard Friday party goers , but the main dish this weekend , Hari Raya Eve .

OMOs ... if possible , go back and rest early , Saturday chiong from 3pm , all the way to 3am , 12hours . If physical condition still tip-top until 4am , anytime $380-$400 collection , sup sup water .

As for Hari Raya itself on Sunday , still got $1 until Tuesday 12am .

Morning i think so-so , up to 10.30am , will be all driving until 3pm , then the wave stops . Cos those Muslims will be having makan at home or grandparents houses .

8pm , then slowly pick up again .

Hari Raya day itself , night shift fellas surely die cock standing . No business one .

On Hari Raya Day itself , can try Vivo , Harbourfront and Sentosa ... cos those Foreign Talent from India , nothing to do , surely go Sentosa with their family ....

Also take note , East Coast Park oso will have many FT from India , many stay tai ko Amber Road and Amber Garden one .

Holiday FT surely go beaches .... dunno why ?

FT and ang mo oso like to go Mandai Zoo .

Bangala will be saturated at Tekka ..... celebrating Hari Raya . Bangala all muslims .

Sunday night can forget about going Pubs and Clubs , no more liquor .... most closed on Sunday .

Hari Raya .... if hit into Orchard or Suntec , if can , anytime , getta out of there , and go places like Bedok , Yishun , Woodlands , Tampines , Jurong West , Boon Lay , teck Whye etc where Muslim population is more .

if u get into Tanjong Rhu , don't hope for Muslims , unless that ang mo is converted muslim .

I love Bedok ...

Once Hari Raya , at Jurong West St 73 , one family came up , and said : " Thank You Uncle , i waiting for a long time , Bedok South pls . AYE > ECP can . "

dun say unker never give info hor..pick up east coast park, west coast park, etc. (all the beaches lah) back seat & floor mat sure kena full of sand. sonata the back seat very hard to remove sand. west coast park the sand knn damn fine-grained. i kena b4, what else? abnn family at west coast park. wasted 30min trying to remove the sand b4 can pickup next pax. really knn. i surely siam this type of pax. go no problem, going home type no way.

Again like National Day Eve , more a Saturday than a Holiday Eve .

Peak Hour were bad ...everywhere taxis .

Overall did about $280 , about $140 midnights .

To start at 4pm , rest 1 hour from 7pm to 8pm , than restart again , @$140 before midnight were bad , nightmares for me .

I expect $200 before midnight , and $180 midnight , end $380 .... town were unexpectedly quiet for an Eve .

Where is all the party-goers ?

Just another Saturday .....

The closure of Chinatown , like i expected , caused many downfall .

I will analyse all those happening for both the National Day Eve and Hari Raya Eve .

A sad day for many cabby i think .

Some did $230 , some did $295 , one did slightly above $300 , i never heard anyone did above $350 . Hope many did it , not me .

My peak hour killed me . I think i did about less than $50 .
