Ya pool, no dispute about your comments in earlier forum post.
Peak hour is really crap. I have taken note and average out myself
in my own data. Peak hour many avoid taking cabs because of
surcharge. Adding to the woes and worst is if you carry a Pax and
stuck in a slow traffic or traffic jam. Mama mia, time
wasted. How many can you chiong if the traffic is slow
snail.
On the contrary, the Peak Hour surcharge is also a MUST to patch
up the lousy lost or unproductive peak hour traffic time.
To me smooth flow traffic, pick and go , then connect and
connect is the best.
