Parkway
Parade, the first major and biggest suburban shopping mall in the
Singapore heartland, has recently finished the construction of its
new lifestyle wing to cater to the needs of today’s ever discerning

the well-loved Scoopz, among many others. Shopaholics alike will be

with long-term vision towards the increase in retail traffic that
the future Marine Parade MRT station will release, Parkway Parade

A Mall with History

Lend Lease, the mall had undergone several enhancements in the last
three decades to remain relevant to its patrons. Works in Parkway
Parade commence to accommodate lifestyle retailers such as the
Giant Hypermarket in 2002 which was one of the first hypermarkets
in a suburban mall, the two-storey F&B wing in 2009, and
eventually, the implementation of eco-friendly initiatives which
earned them the BCA Green Mark Platinum Award in 2010.
