actually ... its the show factor. why spend more than a million
bucks to hide your car in some corner? plus, most owners are used
to the fact that hotels let them park right outside their location
so they can be seen getting in/out of their car. also, if you tell
a traffic warden your car cant go in a carpark, fit in a lot etc,
he will believe you ... (yes, tried before). i dont speak for the
other owners but its a general sentiment
