Definitely will be better and faster to solve the incident
when it happens.
But when come to how to deal the very moment situation, I think
everywhere is the same, people will still panic when face it, no
matter how well u psychologically prepared, cos u would think
"how come this would happen in Singapore? Isn't our armforces are
very tighten and briliant? How come terrorists still target
us?...etc." So many things in ur mind when u face the
situation......
