Sorry sir, I am not pap and do not know how to appreciate ivy league degs. I do not know Chen Sheng Mao yet other than the recent posting of a econ society VP's article which to me shows his experience as a lawyer in wall street do not expose him to the problems of society. Elite's problems are not useful to mainstream problems. To be able to handle an organisation consisting of the lowest like me to the elite, one has to have prior experience in managing a large operations or manufacturing concerns. Dealing with corporate rights is a small part of a law ministry job only or could be useful for MAS dept only. We all know wall street pay is very good but high pay does not mean one can do a complex job. I do not know him personally and so that's all I can say.
