Think the value of flats is still the main topic, people who have flats are benefitting from high values.

Guess the haves win against the haves-nots.

Low birth rates will plunge to new lows.

TTFU SG

It's ok la...on a positive note...since Mah is still in power, HDB prices will be stable. Good for the post 70s generation with regards to inheritance money. It will only continue to rise. Just bad news for the post millenium babies.

And we can look forward to the S$ appreciating since PAP has gotten their mandate from Singaporeans. Cheers!

Mah bow tan is a idiot. Next election hope the worker party can kick him out of the parliament. Useless person. what affordable housing. of cos loan for 30 years. Why not HDB loan for 60 years. CCB. So short somemore.

I dun understand what contribution he give us. Nothing but a full of shit. Next round out u go.

Singaporeans have voted....the bad guys have all remained. Think MBT, WKS, Vivian, Khaw lol. Singaporeans have voted. Accept it.

Poor GY.

Among this group of ministers you named, I think he was the best in terms of ability and character.

Goes to show that life can be quite unfair.

Well, he could be the next ong teng cheong...

charlize SG

Well, he could be the next ong teng cheong...

He said he wanted to reform the party from within.

Will he do what OTC did and ask the government about disclosing important figures to him?

And then they will refuse him?

And then more foreigners to come in. Vicious cycle.

After the strong mandate the incumbent got from voters, they will listen to you and bring in more people.

I guess GY, Lim Hwee Hua and that Zainul guy won't be getting their $5000 a day salaries liao...

For George, I guess this is what they call "Nice guy finish last" ?

Nelstar SG

Thank you for voting MBT in again.

He will ensure that HDB prices are affordable. If it is not affordable, it will be 40 years loan. Still not affordable? 50 years loan.

chongjasmine SG

Maybe... he will make it into a 3 generation loan.

Goh Meng Seng screw up big time in Tampines GRC. This is the best chance and last chance to beat MBT because there is no more chance as next GE he will retire liao.

No disrespect to other NSP candidates in Tampines GRC, he should field an 'A' team consist of him, Tony Tan, Hazel Poa, well qualified minority candidate and their best weapon Nichole Seah. If she can singlehandly pull SM Goh's Marine Parade by 20%, I think they got a good chance to beat MBT's team. But now is too late.........
