Unfortunately they only need 51% to take the whole GRC.
A GRC has about 140,000 voters. 1% is only 1,400. 300,000 new
citizens are unstoppable.
You betcha they redrew the boundaries and located new HDB blocks
to take these people into account.
2006 being the lowest vote in history and Foreigner Flood after
that are no coincidence.
The lowest vote in history was not in 2006. It was in 1991 with 61%
of total votes, with PAP losing 4 seats.
