They are afraid that these government people will follow them home,
knocked on their doors and asked: Why you talk to opposition
members? You are voting for them is it?
Maybe come one day, government will install CCTVs at food
centre, markets, coffee shops, food courts etc where opposition are
doing walkabout. And then people see opposition members came,
quickly finished eating and walk away. Then those people queueing
up to buy food also walk away. In the end, the
stallholders business drop.
This is Taliban strategy. Kill those who talk to government
troops, and very soon people will hate it when government troops
come.
